Sitting in Chandraat prayers one day, my eye was caught by an aunty's jewelry. It was bold, colorful, and faith-based. I was 33% interested

I've always been open to wearing my faith on my sleeve, metaphorically and literally. The faith-based jewelry that was available to me was often larger than life. Beautiful, of course, but usually not my type. It certainly couldn't connect with the majority of my wardrobe, topped with corporate American pencil skirts, and rooted in classic Southern denim.
